1.  How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to six days of you placing your order, and then take 10 to 30 days to reach your doorstep depending on where you are. You can find more details at the Shipping Policy page.

2. Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

3. What’s your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. We support sustainability, every return sent has a carbon footprint. Just send us an email telling us what went wrong, send along pictures of the products and the proof of the purchasing date, and we will give you the money back in full. 

4. Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. 

6. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 7. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
